Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the kiss918 platform. This includes one account per IP address, device, phone number, email address, and payment details. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full legal name, active mobile number, and valid bank account details in your own name. kiss918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your national ID (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or other supporting documents requested by our verification team. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

3.4 Password Security

4Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

4.4 Fees and Charges

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure Initiated by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all rollover requirements have been met.

9.2 Suspension Initiated by Platform

Kiss918 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any condition contained in these Terms.
• Failed identity verification or information proven to be false.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any suspicious behaviour.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

9.3 Funds Upon Account Closure

10Platform Liability Limits
